The location offered was magnificent and unbeatable, close to buses and the metro. Tried some delicious meals at Together Thai, just a couple of blocks away from the hotel.

Good location
Poor condition of the inside of the building did not reflect the pictures on the website. The rooms and general decor were of a low standard. The room floor had not been vacuumed, there was insufficient lighting, no shaving point, the room could easily have been accessed during my absence due to flimsy lock. The web site pictures are not indicative of the room I stayed in which was of a poor standard. This is student on a budget accommodation and I paid almost £100 for one night so I hope the students are wealthy! Hit my head on the low ceiling going down into the basement for breakfast and when I saw what was on offer, I decided not to bother with breakfast. I will not be staying there again as for this price there are better hotels

Location
Things are being allowed to slide in this hotel. Instances in room: No soap; no teaspoon; sink drained very slowly, very dirty chair; curtain fixed so could not be opened; only one electrical socket which was behind chest of drawers so that kettle could only be plugged in by pulling out the furniture and putting kettle on the floor. I stayed in single room on the 2nd floor, but the shower and toilet were three floors down (60+ stairs); also no soap or towel in the shower; and it drained very slowly. Very worn carpet on stairs down to basement eating room. When I complained about some of these to the staff got clear idea that some of these faults had been complained about before (drainage) and obviously not fixed. Then I spoke to manager who had no response and just put his head in his hands. (Another guest mentioned to me that they found several small things were wrong.) They should get a grip on things here! Other hotels in same bracket and area are much better.

There is just one small toilet in the whole hotel on ground floor and I was on the third floor

Had a great one-day stay with fantastic staff and delicious breakfast with filter coffee.

When I am in London, I like staying here. The breakfast is satisfactory with filter coffee, lots to choose from. All the staff members are fairly friendly and very amiable. My hotel is set in a central location adjacent to bars and food, Wembley and theatre and Oxford street. Warren's Sandwich Bar with coffee & goodies is 300 metres walk away.

The location
The hotel is in need of a refub, very basic. It is in need of new carpets and curtains. Also a reception area is needed instead of having to go down to a downstairs room. The stair was friendly but non was English and did struggle at times.

This place is pretty decent – no complaints here, just a thumbs up from me! the location is amazing, the place is spotless, and the staff are top-notch 🌟. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast in the morning; it was good, and they had some nice filter coffee.

Convenient location.
The first thing to say to enable a balanced view is that this is not a hotel, it is a b&B. The romms are poorly furnished and equipped. During my stay there were problems with the hot water (I.E. there wasn't any!). If all you want is a clean bed to sleep in in the centre of London, then this place is ok. I believe that the price (although competative for the location) is too much for what is being offered.

The hotel was conveniently situated for St Pancras Station.
Difficult to distinguish between "what I did not like" and a "complaint". The room was clean but the toilet didn't flush properly, the shower was cold at eight in the morning, the breakfast room was far too small for the number of rooms, etc. etc.
